What data we process and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone number and order details, to prepare, ship and charge your purchase and handle returns. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Invoicing: the data needed to issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Enquiries: the data you send us by email or through the contact form, so we can reply. Legal basis: your consent.
- New edition notices: the email you leave us so we can tell you about the next launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Owners’ registry (si registras tu pieza): el nombre o alias, la ciudad y el email que nos indiques, para dejar constancia de la propiedad de tu pieza numerada y contactarte sobre ella. El nombre o alias y la ciudad solo se muestran en el registro público si lo autorizas; el email nunca se publica. Se conservan mientras no pidas su baja. Base legal: tu consentimiento.
- Customer account (if you create one): so you can check your orders. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data, for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years). Enquiry data, for as long as needed to reply. Notice data, until you unsubscribe. Account data, until you ask us to delete it.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to serve you: the carrier delivering your order, the web hosting provider (STRATO), the bank and, where required by law, the Spanish Tax Agency and other public authorities. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@custombrothers.es. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection across the whole site.
