Shipping
We prepare every order with the utmost care and ship it in its CUSTOM BROTHERS presentation case within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): €6.50 · 2-4 working days
- Portugal: €9.95 · 3-5 working days
- France, Italy and Germany: €12.95 · 3-6 working days
We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason.
- Write to us at info@custombrothers.es with your order number and we will give you the return address.
- Send the product unused, with its tags and in its original case.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you.
- Once we receive it and check its condition, we will refund the price and the original shipping costs within 14 days using the same payment method.
As each piece is a numbered unit, we do not exchange it for another unit of the same model: you can return it and place a new order.
Faulty products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with a photo within 14 days and we will cover all costs.
