Numbers are assigned in order of payment confirmation. Once an edition sells out, it is never produced again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The photographs show the product as faithfully as possible; there may be slight variations in tone due to your screen or the nature of materials such as leather, which make every piece unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase, depending on the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bank transfer.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bizum (Spain only).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you complete your order you will see the payment instructions. We reserve your piece for 3 days; if we do not receive payment within that time, the order is cancelled and the unit becomes available again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal, France, Italy and Germany. See delivery times and prices in <a href=\"\/en\/envios-y-devoluciones\/\">Shipping &amp; returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To do so, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@custombrothers.es\">info@custombrothers.es<\/a> stating your order number, or use the withdrawal function in your order. You must return the product unused, with its tags and in its original case. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal, and may wait until we receive the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If your product has a defect, write to us and we will fix it at no cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can send us any complaint or claim at <a href=\"mailto:info@custombrothers.es\">info@custombrothers.es<\/a>. Official complaint forms are available to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by Spanish law.
